Scott is a 23-year education veteran with both academic credentials and real-world application of all services provided. His experiences range from small, local individuals/organizations to global corporations.

Scott founded Frasard Consulting to help individuals and organizations make improvements to create change. Scott's expertise in education measurement, academic and applied research, and teaching has gained him attention from stakeholders worldwide and you can capitalize on this expertise for your projects. He regularly speaks at conferences about training and evaluation topics and publishes in the field as well.
